These Terms of Use govern your use of the LOOK mobile application and looktimeme.com (together, "LOOK"), operated by LOOK Social Studio LLC ("LOOK Social Studio", "we"). By using LOOK you agree to these terms.

1. The service

LOOK provides private and group chat, voice and video calls, a social feed, short video, community market features, games, and shared in-chat tools (Together).

2. Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
• You must provide accurate information and meet the minimum age required by applicable law.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app settings or by contacting support.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the content you create and share on LOOK.
• You grant LOOK Social Studio LLC a limited license to store, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate the service (for example, to deliver your message to its recipient).
• You must not share content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.

5. Location features

Features such as Find Me share your live location only while you choose to share it. You are responsible for choosing when and with whom you share your location.

6. Availability

We work to keep LOOK reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use of LOOK after an update means you accept the new terms.
