This Privacy Policy explains how LOOK Social Studio LLC ("LOOK Social Studio", "we") handles information in the LOOK mobile application and on looktimeme.com (together, "LOOK").
1. Information we process
- Account information — such as your display name, username, and profile photo, used to identify you to other users.
- Content you create — messages, posts, photos, videos, files, and other content you choose to share inside LOOK.
- Location you choose to share — live location is shared only when you explicitly start a feature such as Find Me, and stops when you stop it.
- Technical data — basic device and diagnostic data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. How we use information
- To provide chat, calls, feed, Together tools, and the other features of LOOK.
- To deliver notifications you asked to receive.
- To keep the service safe, prevent abuse, and enforce our Community Guidelines.
3. Private chats
Private chats are for their participants. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use private message content for advertising.
4. Location sharing
Location sharing in LOOK is user-controlled. It is active only while you choose to share it inside a feature, and you can stop sharing at any time.
5. Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, and ask any privacy question, by emailing support@looktimeme.com. Account deletion is also available inside the app settings.
6. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records for legal or security reasons.
7. Children
LOOK is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
